     We want to welcome you to our cheerleading and gymnastics page and hope that you will find the information and help you are seeking.  Remember that any physical activity should be started by getting the body into the shape it needs to be in.  In other words if you improve your physical condition first, then it will be easier to improve your cheerleading and gymnastics skills.  Work hard but work smart.  If you overdo it and injure yourself, then your progress is going to be slow to come.  We want to encourage you to always seek proper guidance and assistance when possible and make sure your training and practice are under controlled conditions.
